Your Consultation

Every intensive begins with a private consultation to ensure the experience is the right fit for your goals.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your relationship history, current challenges, goals, and determine whether Rewrite Your Love Algorithm™ is the most appropriate approach for you.

Consultation Investment: $235 CAD + HST

If you decide to move forward, we’ll review the intensive options, answer your questions, and select the experience that best supports your goals.

Reserving Your Intensive

Your intensive date is confirmed once your signed agreement and required deposit have been received.

Deposit Requirements

Executive Intensive
(Collingwood, Sudbury, Toronto Financial District or Secure Online)

$500 CAD

The Signature Suite Experience
(Joanna’s Private Suite at The St. Regis Toronto)

$1,500 CAD

Deposits are applied toward the total investment.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to your scheduled intensive.

Your intensive date is confirmed once final payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Intensives may be cancelled within seven (7) days of booking for a full refund of your deposit, provided your intensive is not scheduled to begin within that seven-day period.

After the seven-day cancellation period, deposits become non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available when requested at least 14 days before your intensive.

Requests made within 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee or the forfeiture of your deposit, particularly where venue bookings, travel, or other non-refundable expenses have already been incurred.

Late Arrival

Your intensive has been reserved exclusively for you.

If you arrive late, your intensive will still conclude at the scheduled end time.

If you’re delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the most of the time available.

Travel & Accommodation

For clients selecting The Signature Suite Experience, hotel accommodations are not included and must be reserved separately by the client.

Travel, accommodations, valet parking, and personal expenses remain the responsibility of the client.

If We Need to Reschedule

In the unlikely event Joanna needs to reschedule your intensive due to illness or circumstances beyond her control, you’ll be offered the earliest available alternative date. Any payments made will be transferred in full to your new intensive date.

Confidentiality

All consultations and intensives are conducted in a private, confidential environment. Your personal information and the content of your sessions are handled in accordance with professional standards of confidentiality.
