Cancellation & Payment Policy
Reignite & Realign™ Private Couples Intensive
Thank you for choosing to invest in your relationship.
Each Reignite & Realign™ Intensive is reserved exclusively for one couple. Once your retreat dates are confirmed, those dates are held specifically for you, and I begin preparing for our time together. Because I accept a limited number of private intensives each year, the following policies help ensure fairness for both you and other couples seeking availability.
Booking Your Retreat
A $500 CAD deposit is required to reserve your retreat dates.
Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your retreat dates have been agreed upon.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the start of your retreat.
Accommodation costs, travel expenses, meals, parking, and any applicable hotel or resort fees are booked and paid for separately by you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Within 7 Days of Booking
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of making your reservation, provided your retreat has not yet begun.
More Than 14 Days Before Your Retreat
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled retreat, any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable after the initial 7-day booking period.
Within 14 Days of Your Retreat
Because your retreat dates have been reserved exclusively for you and other clients have been declined during this time, cancellations made within 14 days of your retreat are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
I understand that unexpected situations can arise.
If you need to change your retreat dates, please contact me as soon as possible.
Whenever scheduling allows, I will do my best to accommodate one reschedule without requiring a new deposit.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking deposit and are subject to availability.
Travel Delays
If weather, traffic, flight delays, or other travel interruptions affect your arrival, please contact me as soon as possible.
Whenever possible, we'll adjust your schedule to make the best use of our time together. However, your retreat will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, as future client commitments and travel arrangements may prevent extending the retreat.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled retreat and have not contacted me to make alternate arrangements, your retreat will be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy outlined above will apply.
If I Need to Reschedule
In the unlikely event that I must postpone or cancel your retreat due to illness, family emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you will have the option to:
Reschedule your retreat to the next mutually available dates, or
Receive a full refund of retreat fee.
Please note that I cannot assume responsibility for costs associated with accommodations, transportation, flights, meals, or other travel arrangements. For this reason, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance whenever significant travel expenses are involved.
Travel Insurance
If you're travelling from outside the area or booking flights and accommodations, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel insurance may help protect you against unexpected events that could affect your ability to attend your retreat, including illness, weather disruptions, or travel delays.
Exceptional Circumstances
Life doesn't always go according to plan.
If you experience a serious illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee an exception to this policy, I will always review requests with fairness, compassion, and respect.
