Midday
We'll take scheduled breaks throughout the day, including a lunch break.
Lunch is not included with the Executive Intensive, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy a nearby restaurant or bring your own meal.
Coffee, tea, and water are provided.
You're also welcome to bring snacks to enjoy throughout the day.
Afternoon

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll confirm your preferred date and location, complete your intake documents, and secure your reservation with a deposit.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your intensive.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your scheduled appointment.
