Phobias are intense and irrational fears that can have an impact on your life and can cause you to go to great lengths to avoid putting yourself in the situation, thus avoiding discovering how to cope with the object or situation. Avoiding the object or situation leads you to fear it more. When you have a phobic moment, the feelings of extreme anxiety come over you, magnified to the extreme. Just as you can learn a phobia within minutes, you can also learn to get rid of the phobia in as little as 2-4 sessions. The truth is, you can make massive changes in your history in a matter of minutes and destroy your phobia by running the NLP Phobia Model.

The NLP Phobia Model is a quick and effective method for dealing with phobias, and the key strategy is based around disassociating the visual stimuli which triggers the phobic response from the emotions that it activates. This means that the person can access the memories without triggering the emotional response of the phobia by imagining the experience of being outside their body and watching from a remote observer position at the event.

Run several times until the memory is destroyed, The Phobia Model blurs the distinctions during the initial 3 or 4 times it runs.
